A new home for a beauty tech giant
Introduction
The Beauty Tech Group is a global beauty technology company powering some of the most exciting, fast-growing brands in the B2C space. Known for combining cutting-edge technology with strong brand identity, the group has experienced phenomenal international growth in recent years – growth that ultimately meant outgrowing their previous office space.
As the business prepared to relocate to a new space within Alderley Park, the brief was clear. Spearheaded by The Beauty Tech Group’s Head of Business Development, Leanne Stewart, the new space needed to live and breathe the group’s brands, support a fast-moving and collaborative workforce, and feel unapologetically tech-forward – a physical reflection of their position as a leader in beauty technology.
Digital signage was identified early as a key enabler of this vision.
The past few years has seen rapid growth within The Beauty Tech Group, with expansion, acquiring new brands, branding changes etc. For me, it was key that our new office space would be able to move and adapt with us; digital branding was the only option that made sense.

The Challenge
They wanted a digital ecosystem that would:
Crucially, the technology needed to integrate seamlessly into the design and function of the space — enhancing it without overwhelming it.
The Solution
A total of 25 Samsung Large Format Displays were installed across the HQ, including a mix of 75”, 65” and 55” screens. Strategically positioned throughout workstation spaces, corridors and meeting areas, these screens are used for:
The result is a workplace that feels alive, connected and constantly evolving; ideal for a fast-growing B2C organisation.
To support presentations, town halls and all-hands meetings, DMC installed a large LED wall paired with a high-quality audio system. This setup delivers:
The LED wall has become a central feature of the HQ — both visually striking and operationally essential.
One of the most distinctive elements of the project was the installation of a ‘lift and learn’ system, designed to bring The Beauty Tech Group’s products to life in a completely new way.
Using sensor-driven technology, physical product interaction triggers tailored digital content on nearby screens, transforming passive displays into active storytelling tools. This solution allows teams and visitors to explore product features, benefits and innovation in an engaging, hands-on format, perfectly aligned with the group’s tech-led identity.
All displays are powered by Signagelive, selected for its flexibility and scalability. Digital Messaging Company delivered full CMS training, enabling The Beauty Tech Group to confidently manage content in-house – from day-to-day updates to large-scale campaigns.
DMC also provides year-round maintenance and support, ensuring the digital ecosystem continues to perform flawlessly as the business grows.
The digital signage supplied by Digital Messaging is very user friendly and allows us to display our branding and digital content throughout the office – making it feel truly unique to our business.

The Result
The digital signage has integrated seamlessly into the form and function of the HQ, supporting daily operations while elevating the overall experience of the space.
This opinion has been echoed by the Northern Design Awards, who awarded the Group the ‘Best Interior Design Award’ at the end of 2025 – recognising the new HQ as a standout Northern England environment.
The solution successfully delivers on the projects original goals: a headquarters that is functional, brand-driven and unmistakably tech-forward. It supports current needs while providing a flexible foundation for future growth, helping position The Beauty Tech Group for continued success on a global stage.
By combining thoughtful design, robust technology and ongoing support, Digital Messaging Company helped to integrate digital signage into a space that doesn’t just look impressive — it works harder, every day.
