The Challenge

Genuine Dining wanted to elevate the customer experience at Havas’ bustling London HQ

A multi-level workspace with high footfall, diverse catering needs, and regular pop-up activations. Their goal was to replace static signage with a digital ecosystem that was dynamic, brand-aligned, and operationally simple. They needed a partner who could scope the environment, supply the right hardware for each space, install seamlessly within a busy office, and then manage the content day-to-day without adding workload to their team.

The Solution

DMC delivered a complete 360-degree service, handling everything from on-site scoping and hardware specification to installation, animation, and ongoing content management.

To match the unique flow of the Havas HQ, we deployed a mix of impactful display types:

  • Large Format Displays (portrait & landscape) for menus and marketing
  • Stretch screens to maximise visibility at grab-and-go counters
  • Tablets & small displays at POS to reinforce food promotions, allergen info, and real-time updates
  • A mobile digital A-board providing flexible signage for pop-ups and messaging

Through our managed service, our content team ensured content stayed accurate, timely, and fully aligned with Genuine Dining’s daily needs.
